Full Time / Contract

About the Role

1. Able to perform Annual Smoke Control Testing as part of a Specialty Team.

2. Able to Conduct Monthly, Quarterly, Semi and Annual Inspections as per code requirements.

3. Accurate and timely completion of all Electronic inspection reports and other relevant documentation.

4. Ability to accurately assess and troubleshoot various Life Safety systems and provide solution-based details.

5. Continual education with keeping up to date on new industry standards, product changes and industry best practices that can be shared with colleagues and clients

6. Follow safety best practices and government regulations. Ensure workers and vendors adhere to the rules & regulations on-site.


  • ITE/Diploma in Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services /Recognised equivalent qualification )

  • Preferably at least 2 year of working experience in the local building construction industry, in the mechanical/electrical field.

  • Certificates: Supervise Construction Work (SCW) - previously known as BCSS Work at height supervisor. Risk Management Implementation & Assessment under WSH, Managing Work at Height, Operate MEWP.

  • Class 2 or 3 driver's licenses will be advantageous.

  • Fresh ITE/Diploma may apply. Training will be provided.
